System of Special Oil Refinement Equipment

As a big country using oil, China is in great need of oil in many fields such as civil affairs, transportation and industry. Some special fields, such as aviation industry, needs better-quality oil products. But due to historical reasons, in the quality of refined oil our country still has many technical problems which are urgent to be solved. At present, as the raw oil imported has bad quality, the technical process for refining oil is relatively backward, and the cost of refinement is much higher, the quality of the refined oil is worse and falls short of the fine-quality oil products of foreign countries. The development of this program aims at changing the backward situation of our country¡¯s oil refinement, solving the question of substandard oil quality, promoting the development of domestic oil refinement technology and improving the quality of various kinds of oil products.

The System of Special Oil Separating and Refining Process is composed of high-frequency and high-pressure separating, dielectric separating, fiber liquid film refinement, and complex absorbing refinement .In the technology of high-frequency and high-pressure oil-water refinement, the technology of using dielectric method to refine micron-level solid particles and mechanical impurity, the technology of using fiber film to defuse the naphthenic acid and sulfide in oil products, and the technology of absorbing and refining of complex materials, this program has respectively made good achievements and produced good-quality refined oil and fuel.

The minimum precision to refine the solid particles in oil products made by the System of Special Oil Separating and Refining Process in this program can reach 5-500 nanometers (0.00.-0.5 micron), and this equipment has good separating and defusing effects to corrosive sulfide with tens of atoms, oil acid, and metal organic compounds etc. The oil products processed by this technology are clear and transparent, and their qualities reach or even surpass the criterion of the American API or the requirements of the American and Russian armies .The following chart is the detailed technological indexes.
